I use acupuncture, herbs and tui na massage to balance the body's own energy. Creating this dynamic balance stimulates the body's own healing powers.

This self healing response can help with insomnia, not being able to get to sleep or waking up very early, anxiety and depression, painful conditions such as tennis elbow, golfers elbow, tendonitis, backache, neck and shoulder pain, headache, sinusitis, morning sickness, diarrhoea, constipation, irritable bowel symdrome, painful or irregular periods, asthma, hayfever and hormone imbalance.

Also, acupuncture can be helpful for the physical symptoms and anxiety sometimes experienced with giving up smoking and other substances.

First consultation with treatment costs 45GBP. Subsequent treatments cost 35GBP
De-stressing Chinese Massage costs 25GBP (Head, neck and shoulder massage - 35 minutes)
