Tui Na (Chinese Massage)
Tui Na is traditional Chinese massage. It was developed alongside acupuncture and herbalism. Tui Na can be very deep and strong and/or very gentle, slow and quietening. Although, it is not as well known in the West as acupuncture and herbalism, it is very popular in China.

Herbalism
Chinese Herbal Medicine, as we know it today, is the culmination of over 4000 years of study and practice. Virtually every culture includes plants as a healing agent. Herbalism evolved in China as part of their health system and is used along with acupuncture, tui na (Chinese massage) and qi gong in hospitals there.
